The bed I ordered was supposed to arrive after 2 weeks (which I confirmed over the phone when I paid for it). The manufacturer (GL Furniture) refused to help, said I needed to go through My Furniture Store, and hung up the phone on me. I have been refunded in full, just waiting for clearance. I followed up 3 times before anyone replied, told delivery was in one week , 6 weeks later and several emails and phone call still no delivery or update with actual progress.
